About membership
Primary mission — Grow and develop bamboo and rattan in Sri Lanka in recognition of its multiple economic and social attributes such as the utility in construction, handicrafts, food, furniture, domestic utensils and in the preservation and enhancement of the natural environment.
Membership is open to organisations registered in Sri Lanka and individuals interested in the development of bamboo and rattan in Sri Lanka. After submission, new members will be registered upon approval by the executive council. Existing members are expected to submit the form to enter their details in the database and renew their membership.
Current members are exempt from the enrollment fee and only need to pay the annual fee. New members must pay both the enrollment and annual fees.
